The 2027 Armada ARW 100 is the standard in playful women's all-mountain versatility, a freestyle-twin daily driver with a versatile waist and tip and tail rocker for skiers who want to lap anything from sneaker pow to park to frontside groomers.

Why we like it:

The ARW 100 is one of the more well-balanced women's freestyle twins out there. It's not too soft, not too stiff, not too playful, not too damp. Whatever the day brings, this ski rolls with it.

Who it's for:

Intermediate through advanced women skiers who want a versatile, playful all-mountain twin. Great for daily-driver shoppers, weekend rippers, and freestyle-leaning skiers who like to mix park, groomers, and off-trail in the same day.

Highlights:

The Poplar core is what makes the ARW 100 feel so alive underfoot, with all the snap and rebound the ARW line is known for. Ash binding inserts add stiffness right where you mount up, so the ski stomps landings and drives through harder turns. W3DGEWALL injected sidewall construction adds toughness and uniformity to the core-to-sidewall bond without adding weight, which keeps the ski nimble. Freestyle Rocker keeps tip and tail rocker for soft-snow versatility and switch performance, with positive camber underfoot for edge hold on harder snow. Impact Edges hold up to rails and ice, the S7 sintered base handles glide, and the whole package comes together as a smooth, round, do-it-all all-mountain twin.

Things to consider:

The freestyle-twin DNA means this ski leans playful rather than charging. Skiers who want a more aggressive, freeride-oriented feel should look at the AntiMatter 100 W instead.

Fit & sizing considerations:

Skis true to length. Stick to your usual all-mountain length, or size up if you ski mostly inbounds and want more stability.
