All our carpets are custom-made based on your selected design and size requirements, and are produced specifically for your order. As such, returns and refunds are not accepted unless the item arrives with a clear issue.

Returns or refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

• The item is received damaged or torn

• There is a size mismatch compared to what was ordered

• The design is different from what was selected

• Our carpets may have minor creases or impressions upon arrival due to standard packing and shipping procedures. These typically settle on their own after a few days of laying flat and are not considered defects.

• We do not accept returns based on personal quality expectations or subjective preferences regarding texture, thickness, or appearance, as these may vary slightly due to screen differences, lighting, and the nature of custom printing.
