Cryptocoryne Flamingo

Cryptocoryne Pink Flamingo is an interesting aquatic plant that's known for its signature pink-red color and ruffled leaves. Easily a focal point in any planted tank, its new growth is vibrant and gradually deepens in tone as it matures, creating a display of varying shades on a single plant. This makes it a wonderful pick for aquarium hobbyists who enjoy oddball plants or species with unique character. Like most Cryptocoryne, C. Pink Flamingo can be susceptible to melt during its initial adjustment period and may require a bit of extra care during this time. Allow it to establish strong roots in a nutrient-rich aquasoil before attempting to propagate or relocate.

Once established, Cryptocoryne plants are rather hardy and adaptable. While it isn't required, this aquatic plant will enjoy and experience much better growth in a planted tank that is fully established with CO2 injection and high lighting.
