How To Care For Snails
When your feeder snails arrive you can either keep them in the tub they are provided in, or transfer them to a larger container for longer periods. House them on clean kitchen roll and provide the with fresh salad that is changed daily. You can also dust the salad with calcium powder, or include a cuttlefish bone in the enclosure to help your snails maintain sufficient calcium levels for healthy shell growth.
Our snails are captive bred and raised ensuring they are free from external pesticides and parasites that might be found in wild caught garden snails.
