The Manfrotto 357PLV-1 Sliding Plate comes with the 357-1 Sliding Plate Adapter. This item is for either replacing a lost plate or adding a plate to another camera or spotting scope. When used with the 357-1 adapter, it becomes a balance rail for use with unbalanced long lenses or spotting scopes or when using a heavy camera for digiscoping. Includes two 1/4"-20 and two 3/8" mounting screws and a plastic anti-twist pin.
