These are Climbing Taiwan's 304 and 316 Stainless Steel standard-size Quick Links available in 8mm (5/16") and 10mm (3/8"). They are all rated to 30 kN major axis, and 10 kN minor axis.
Climbing Taiwan has tested the 316SS which you can see here. Updated test of 304SS with laser etching here.
HowNOT2 has also done some sample testing as well, and the samples broke above the stated MBS.
The 8mm quick links will have a minimum opening of 10mm. The 10mm quick links will have an opening range of 14-17mm.
