  • This website is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.

  • Our services are provided as part of our sincerely held religious and spiritual practices, protected under the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA).

3. Religious and Spiritual Nature of Services

All ceremonies, materials, and guidance offered by the Ministry are spiritual in nature. They are not recreational, medical, or commercial in intent. Participation is strictly voluntary and undertaken as an expression of faith.

4. No Refunds Policy

All payments and donations made to Nurtured By N8ture Transformational Ministries, Inc. are final and non-refundable. As a nonprofit organization, we allocate funds promptly to program costs, venue preparation, facilitator commitments, and community initiatives. Accordingly, we do not issue refunds for change of mind, schedule conflicts, late arrivals, or no-shows.

  • Transfers/Credits: If you notify us at least 14 days before the ceremony, we may offer a one-time transfer to a future date or an account credit (subject to availability and our scheduling limits).

  • Event Changes by Us: If we cancel or postpone an event, we will provide a reschedule option or account credit. Cash refunds are not available.

  • Billing Errors/Fraud: Verified duplicate charges or fraudulent transactions will be corrected; this is the only circumstance under which funds may be reversed.

  • Statutory Rights: Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

5. No Medical, Psychological, or Legal Advice

We are not licensed medical, mental health, or legal professionals. Nothing on this site should be interpreted as medical, psychological, or legal advice.

  • Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding medical conditions, medications, or mental health needs.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality
