1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website, registering for membership, submitting ceremony or intake forms, or otherwise engaging with the Ministry, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and services.

2. Eligibility and Intended Use

  • Our website and services are intended for individuals 18 years or older.

  • All offerings are provided as part of our sincerely held religious and spiritual practices, protected under the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA) and related laws.

  • You agree to use our site only for lawful purposes and in alignment with its religious and spiritual context, not for recreational or non-religious intent.

3. Spiritual Nature of Services

All ceremonies, guidance, sacraments, teachings, and materials offered by the Ministry are spiritual and faith-based.
They are not medical, recreational, or commercial services.

Participation is always voluntary, undertaken as an expression of faith, devotion, and personal spiritual growth.

4. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms – Required for A2P 10DLC Compliance

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from the Ministry for:

  • Ceremony confirmations

  • Event reminders

  • Membership communication

  • Scheduling and community updates

Message frequency: varies based on your participation
Message & data rates: may apply according to your carrier

To opt out, reply STOP at any time.
For help, reply HELP.

We never sell or share your mobile number.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. No Refunds Policy

All payments and donations made to Nurtured By N8ture Transformational Ministries, Inc. are final and non-refundable.

This is because funds are immediately allocated toward:

  • Program preparation

  • Venue costs

  • Sacred materials

  • Facilitator commitments

  • Community initiatives

Transfers/Credits:
If you notify us at least 14 days before the ceremony, we may grant a one-time transfer to a future date or an account credit (subject to scheduling availability).

If the Ministry cancels or postpones an event:
We will offer a reschedule or account credit. Cash refunds are not available.

Billing Errors/Fraud:
Verified duplicate charges or fraudulent transactions will be corrected—this is the only circumstance in which funds may be reversed.

6. No Medical, Psychological, or Legal Advice

The Ministry does not provide medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, or clinical advice of any kind.

Nothing on this site—or shared through ceremony, intake forms, messaging, or communication—should be interpreted as medical or therapeutic guidance.

You agree to:

  • Consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical or mental health needs

  • Seek professional legal advice for legal matters

  • Make informed, self-responsible decisions before participating in any ceremony

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy is treated with deep reverence.
Information shared with the Ministry—including intake forms, health details, ceremonial notes, or membership information—is held in strict confidence.

We safeguard information using industry-standard encryption, secure platforms, and limited administrative access.

  • Participate with respect for the community, facilitators, and spiritual traditions represented

9. Intellectual & Spiritual Property

All content on this site—including text, forms, prayers, graphics, songs, ceremonies, and teaching materials—is the sole property of Nurtured By N8ture Transformational Ministries.
